We have tried to make this privacy policy as straight-forward and simple as possible, but unfortunately, there’s always a bunch of legal mumbo-jumbo that has to get put into a privacy policy!

First and foremost, as the leading product design firm tailored to startups and small businesses, confidentiality is of paramount importance to us and we will respect it completely.

We absolutely love designing and making great products, so we have no interest in anything but the most ethical and transparent business practices.

We are a very techie firm. We are quite good at ensuring a high caliber of data security and take all reasonable efforts to ensure that our data is secure. Since 2009, we have yet to have a client database breach. However, HP cannot guarantee that any method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Cookies, Advertising, and Tracking

We do use cookies, advertising methods across the web and on social media, and user tracking services. For these purposes, as per each ad service vendor’s respective platform, we share user, cookie, and tracking data with ad platforms on Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Quora, and other advertising service providers that we work with. We use these exclusively for HP business purposes only.

Minors

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from Users under the age of 18. If we find out a Child’s Personal Information has been collected, we will delete the account. If parents or guardians believe that we have unintentionally collected their Child’s Personal Information, they should contact us to request the deletion of the information at any of the offices below.
